How to remove insomnia? Find out

Many people suffer from insomnia. Some people take up sleeping medicine to remove insomnia. It seems that there is no open road to remove insomnia. But do you know, it is possible to remove insomnia if you follow some of the ways?
1) According to the doctors tell you to go to bed at a specific time every day and practice sleeping. This will be our body clock.
2) It is very necessary to relax the body before going to bed. Such as bathing or reading etc.
3) Reduce the light of the house when you go to sleep. Keep yourself away from the mobile phone or the laptop screen at that time.
4) Do not argue with your partner or family members before going to bed.
5) It is very good if you eat at least 2 to 3 hours before sleeping.
6) Stop the light from the house just before going to bed. The house is dark and cold.
